Greetings Peace and Blessings to all of my people in the four directions of Mother Earth within the circumstance and radius of my voice. I am Shaman Red Deer ceremonial and principle chief of the Cherokee Blackfeet Cultural Circle of New York City.

My work and mission is dedicated to the plight and elevation of indigenous Indians of all nations tribes kinders and tongues in the four directions and throughout the Diaspora of mother earth.

The 21^st century is a new age of spiritual enlighten and spiritual advancement of humanity and celebration of native cultural and traditional in the cosmology of Indian people we are entering into a new renaissance a new paradigm and resurgent of our heritage cultural and traditions motivated by the will of the great spirit.  And I am grateful to the great spirit. 

For my heritage
In spirit word I am a Cherokee voice speaking in the name of the great spirit of the master and originator of the universe and mother earth in who’s sacred grounds lay the bones of our ancestors.  We the indigenous Indians here in the 21^st century have much to take into serious consideration to make our mark in this new renaissance and new paradigm of our destiny in the remaking of Indian history here in the Asiatic Western Hemisphere in which we live move and have our being.

First we must take into account that we are not a foreign people but in reality a sovereign people naturalize citizens in the land and country of our ancestors.  We must take into account the fact that our ancestors’ country possessed a Indian name and not the none Indian name that the country of our ancestors is call today here in this hemisphere of mother earth notable call North and South America.  Let us study.  The cosmology of our people in the spirit of our ancestors the name America s applied to the Geography of our ancestral homeland is a misnomer. 

Being Indians we must take this matter into serious consideration in making a new mark in the remaking of history. We must remember our cause.  Our aim and our purpose only is to change the course of destiny that will have a positive effect of seven generations to come. Being Indians it is part of our cultural tradition to think seven generations ahead.  This is how we protect future generations prior to European encroachment into our country within a period of 600 years the original people of this country knew of no country or land name America.  This is a fact of history that we must acknowledge in order to bring about effective change in the consciousness or our people. We the Indians indigenous to this part of mother earth have suffer displacement and nearly annihilation. The remnant of us as we exist today is in the ultimate struggle for our survival.  This must be realized by all natives.

I My Self
Being born Indian and many of us who are descendents of Indians we have nothing to be ashamed of.  We come from a great heritage and we have a glorious future to gain. We must return to our heritage I am speaking in spirit word this is good medicine for us to know and take to heart. My reason, my aim, and purpose for presenting this timely lecture is to put forth a new concrete idea for deliberations among Indian people sense the on going quest for reparations is being raise in the land of our ancestors now days.  The case being made for reparations is a two edge sword place before those who being charge to pay reparations notably the United States Government will have to be the payee here in money wealth resources and property. The quest for reparations must be balance first in order for the quest of reparations to be just. We demand justice.

The descendents of the original people of this country (considerations) must be taken into account first. It is only fair and just.  It is a fact of history that European slave traders are charge by history of trafficking in human cargo that were illegally taken out of Africa 450 years ago and sold the Africans to there European brethren to be enslave on Indian soil by Europeans to serve the ungodly purpose of being a labor force that were work without ever receive a payday for 310 years.  There labors were use by European enslavers to extract wealth and resources from the Indians country at will.  The ungodly European enslavers to extract wealth and resources from the Indians country at will. The ungodly European new comers were here in the land of our ancestors taking it over 200 years before they brought any Africans into this land to be enslaved here by European slave masters who in time became the overlords of the land of our ancestors.

As it stand today within 600 years of European encroachment what do the United States Government owe us.  Who are the descendents of the original ancestors of this land and country? In all accounts bar none the United States Government owe the Indians everything.  As far as the proper quest for reparations go our people who are indigenous to this land and country at the root of any quest for reparations. The United States Government must come by us first.  The African Americans who are seeking reparations must take the indigenous people into consideration first, because we can only properly make the case of reparations. As a people we were rob of everything our entire land and country has been surrounded by the descendent of those who rob our ancestors out of our wealth resources and property nowadays we are surrounded by towns and cities that not of our own makings. Much wealth resources and property has been and being taken from our lands waters lakes and rivers everyday without and form of compensation. What people are more qualified in this part of mother earth to put forth the quest for reparations than us?

The United States Government owes the Cherokee’s alone thirteen states.  And owe the Indians as a whole the entire country.  We must have a powwow on this matter. We must go to work in a deliberated effort to re-establish this country back to its official original Indian name in the language of our ancestors. The first step towards reparations is to give the name American back to where and to whom it came from. Remember that the ungodly Europeans did not take over America as overload from our ancestors.  The answer to that statement of fact is our ancestors of 600 years ago knew of no land or country name America in the North or Southern part of this Asiatic Western Hemisphere.  It was not until 1507 in the University of St. Dio suggest by a European geographer name Martin Waldseemuller to name our ancestors country America after Amerigo Vespucci who never set foot on this soil call North America.  Let us not forget this crime that were committed against our ancestors. The ungodly Europeans taken over the country from our ancestors and nowadays lay hold to our land illegally. To any conscious minded native this is unacceptable. As long as an enlighten indigenous people are alive here in this part of mother earth this lie, this sin. Against our people our land and country will not stand the test of truth and time.

America as a name of our country is a misnomer.  We must change this.  America being the name of a country is a theory and not a fact.  American can only be spoken of as a mystery country because America owns no land here or any place on mother earth.
