The highly civilized Cherokee Nation of the Aboriginal United State was the Administrators of a Counter of Thirteen Original Indigenous Indian People. The greatest loss the Indian People suffer here on this part of Mother Earth was the lost and control of the Land that belong to the Lord of our spirit, the Great Spirit of the Indian People! The Sovereign Indian People were robbed of their freedom under their own flag and country within 600 years by European Discoverers. As Indians we must be educated to the fact treaty-making was not the Indian’s method in respect to the Land of the Great Spirit of us. History teaches us that the early Indians never sold land. The early Indians told the New European arrivals that the Land belongs to the Great Spirit and the land was not to be sold. The law of use applies to Mother Earth as a utility for economical use for the shared benefit of man and all life that Mother Earth produces and not for the sale of land or life in any form.
The European new arrivals acting under falsehood use the natural law of use to defraud the Indians out of their land that was a divine gift to the Indian People from the Great Spirit, the Great Law Giver and the Great Land Giver to those who respect the Earth. The New European arrivals did not respect the Indian peoples or the land that the Indians were in divine possessions of for thousands of years before Europe was born. The best legal evidence that the Indian have to date is treaties that were drafted by Europeans and broken by Europeans in favor of Europeans against Indian People who were in divine sovereignty rights of their gift of land in the Region of this Asiatic Western Hemisphere of Indian Peoples Mother Earth.
The early Europeans were welcome by the Indians but the new comers showed no humanity! The ungodly Europeans committed original sin against the Indian people and the Divine gift land and the divine economy of Natural Resources of the Indian People. The original sin that was ungodly was the early Europeans trespass against the Indian Nations, Tribes, Kinder, and Tongues under the disguise of Christianity of the ungodly Europeans way so much so that the head of ungodly Christianity in 1537, 45 years after Columbus who was an ungodly Catholic and a tyrant against the Asiatic people in this Western Hemisphere of Mother Earth. The Atrocious action that was carried out by ungodly Christians of European decent against Indians amounts to a war crime.

The Aboriginal Nation of Indian People according to the Hopewell treaty signed November 28, 1785 preceded the constitution of the United States of America signed July 4th 1776.

The Trail of Tears was an outright trail of hell for Indian people. The removal of Indians from some of the best productive land of the country was a racist act! One of the cruelest ordeals of the Indian occurred during the administration of Andrew Jackson and his immediate successor Martin Van Buren when more than 125,000 Indians were dragged from their homes and deported west of the Mississippi by military force. The treaties which preceded these expulsions Ninety Four of them in Jackson’s time were masterpieces of intimidation, bribery threats, misrepresentation of force, and fraud. Following these efforts to produce a fig leaf of legality for the operation Indians were hunted down like animals bound as prisoners and confined to stockades to await removal. The conditions of the Trails of Tears deportation were so barbarous that abut one third of the Indians died on the journey.
The ungodly European nations’ encroachment into the Indian land and country set the stage for the Indians to be treated out of their land and country by the European Nations of England, Spain, France, Germany, and Russia. In 1867 The United States acquired Alaska from Russia. The United States purchased not the land of Alaska from Russia itself but only the right to tax and Govern Alaska. Why? Think over the broken promises by the United States Government made to Indians stating the Indians shall not be disturbed in the possession of any land actually in their use or occupancy or now claimed by Indians! The Cherokees argued that all these laws that were being made against them by European law makers were null and void because they were repugnant to the constitution of the United States to the Indian trade and Intercourse Act of March 30, 1802 to the Treaty of Hopewell signed November 28, 1785 and eleven other treaties up to the year 1819 making a total of twelve treaties remain an open case of the Supreme Law.

The Indian Nations had always been considered as distinct independent political communities retaining their original rights as the undisputed possessors of the soil from time immemorial!!!
The Cherokee is a Nation! Nation means a people distinct from others. The twelfth article of The Treaty of Hopewell contains a full recognition of the Sovereign and independent character of the Cherokee Nation. The Cherokee Nation of article twelfth of The Hopewell Treaty state the Cherokees have the right to send a deputy of our choice to congress!
No one can suppose that such Cherokee deputy would take a seat as a member of congress. The Utopia of the Cherokee’s religious freedom is the land of the Great Spirit and his people of who the land divinely is gifted to! But that the Cherokee representative would be received as a representative of the Cherokee Nation!!!
The United States Government to date owe the Aboriginal Cherokee Nation sovereign rights according to the third article of The Treaty of Hopewell acknowledges the Cherokees to be under the protection of The United States of so-called America and of no other power!
The Treaty of Holston negotiated with the Cherokees in July 1791 explicitly recognizing the national character of the Cherokees and their right of self-government.
In reality, there are millions of non-reservationist Indians of the Cherokee Nation! Reservation Indians cannot aspire to the dignity of a nation! The laws of the state of the United States have jurisdiction in all matters between a Caucasian and an Indian, but the Indians themselves are commonly permitted to control the whole of their own internal policy.
The Indians on reservations are not in control of their own destiny as Indians! Here in so-called America: now reservationist members of the Cherokee Nation exist scattered throughout this country. The land grab was ungodly and remain in place today in the United States Government against Indians. No lands were to be kept in reserve for future generation of Indians, because of the assumption that their population would continue to decline. The motivating force behind the Indian removals of the 1830’s was a lust for the land yet the underlying greed was masked with arguments that nothing but removal would reserve the Indians and save them from extinction.
To date what treaties protected the Indian from the lost of the land of the Great Spirit and the Indian people? The Dawes Act was responsible for the Alienation from Indian Occupancy of a hundred million acres of land and the creation of a hundred thousand landless Indians!
In the state of Oklahoma alone of thirty million acres of land allotted to individual Indians when tribal government were dissolved in 1906 only fiver per cent remains in Indian hands today.
The Indian people was unjustly mistreated by treaties and by an ungodly act not of the Indians making and was homesteaded out of their land and country.
Today many of the Indians live on reservations. The original meaning of this word was that certain lands from the public domain were reserved for the exclusive use of Indians.

The Cherokee Aboriginal people of the original United States of Indian People have the legal right of true autonomy being a Cherokee nation we are granted legal protection under the United States of so-called America.
The Cherokee Nation is the only Indian recognize by the United States of America to date as a sovereign nation of Indians!
The reason being that the Europeans that discover us here in this part of Mother Earth found the Cherokees in their own autonomy practicing a high form of civilization.
The United States government is duty bound by the fifth article of The Treaty of Washington of the 27th of February 1819 between John C. Calhoun on the part of the United States and a delegation of Chiefs and head men of the Cherokee nation duly authorized and empowered by said nation contains this provision and all Caucasian people who have intruded or may hereafter intrude on the land reserved for the Cherokees which were originally thirteen states shall be removed by the United States and proceeded against according to the provisions of the act to regulate trade and intercourse with the Indian tribes and to preserve peace.
The Cherokee nation argued in 1828 that treaties according to the constitution were part of the supreme law of the land that the Supreme Court had original jurisdiction over cases involving treaties and over controversies between a state of the union and a nation. Remember the Cherokee’s was not a vagabond people that just happen to be here in the Asiatic Western Hemisphere! The Cherokee’s was a sovereign nation under the great law that live and practice the guidance of The Great Spirit of us ALL!
The Cherokee’s Autonomy
The Constitution of the Cherokee Nation formed by a convention of delegates from the several districts at New Echota July 1827 contains the following. No person shall be eligible to a seat in General Council but a FREE Cherokee male citizen who shall have attained to the age of twenty five years. The descendants of Cherokee men by all free women except the African people whose parent may have been living together as Man and Wife according to the customs and laws of this nation shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges of this nation as well as the posterity of Cherokee women by all free MEN. No person who is of African (ex-slave) or Mulatto percentage either by the Father or Mother side shall be eligible to hold any office or profit honor or trust in this government article III section 4. The Cherokee’s of Indian descendants must acknowledge that we ARE a sovereign nation protected by the United States Government before we can negotiate any (fact) of treaty rights!
The Cherokee’s being a nation with a constitution has sovereign powers as a legitimate government constitute a national body of laws prior to the encroachment of European colonization charters and treaties. Illegally the United States of America is a nation within the sovereign territory of the Cherokee nation. The Cherokee nation being a sovereign representative nation here to date still exist a vacant seat at the Congressional body level of the United States Government of America for the Cherokees to be represented in Congress and the Cherokee nation.
